Summary: None of the membership deals were applicable. Room was available but the woman didn't allow early check in. The check in process was pretty crap too. Having to ring a number to then have someone come and get you seemed very odd. No exclusivity about it. This shouldve been mentioned upfront rather than a hidden process after paying for it. The glass windows were filthy. The rubbish bins had milk stains on them. The bathroom floors were so gross.
